FAQ
Is the sauna completely private?
Yes. Every reservation gives you exclusive access to your private wellness space during your booked time slot.
What is included in a private sauna experience?
Every private sauna experience gives you access to your own private wellness area, including a swimming pool, sauna cabin, jacuzzi, two aromatherapy showers with a cold-water bucket, and an automatic flake ice machine to cool down after the sauna. The wellness area also includes a regular shower, toilet and changing room.
Every package also includes access to your private room, complete with a prepared bed and bed linen, as well as a private bathroom. Bathrobes, towels and slippers for both the sauna and the room are provided. For extra comfort, there are two TVs — one by the jacuzzi and one in the bedroom — as well as two minibars. Depending on the experience or package you choose, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks and additional wellness amenities may also be included.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
No essentials are needed. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, and wellness amenities are provided for all guests.
Can we stay overnight?
Selected premium experience includes an overnight stay in a private room.
How many people can I book an experience for?
We offer experiences for couples as well as private group wellness gatherings and spa parties for up to 8 people.
What time should we arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your reservation so you can settle in and fully enjoy your experience. Please keep in mind that your experience is booked for a specific amount of time. Should you arrive late, please keep in mind that your experience will still end at the scheduled time, so any time lost will be deducted from your own relaxation time.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
No, bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted. Snacks and drinks are available at the sauna for you to enjoy during your experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience.
Cancellations can only be made by calling Alpine Silence directly or by sending us a message via WhatsApp. If you contact us through WhatsApp, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
All payments are currently made at the sauna, so there is no cancellation fee for the time being.
We kindly ask that you do not simply miss your reservation without letting us know. Your time slot is reserved especially for you, and a last-minute absence may prevent another guest from having the opportunity to book and enjoy the experience.

How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation directly through our website or by calling us. If you experience any difficulties with your reservation or have any questions, you can always contact us via WhatsApp, and we will be happy to assist you.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation message via WhatsApp with a summary of your reservation and all the important details regarding your visit.
How can I pay for my reservation?
The full payment for your reservation will be made upon arrival at Alpine Silence Sauna. We accept payment by Bancontact or cash.
Any additional services or extras you order during your stay, such as snacks, drinks or other amenities, will be calculated separately and can be paid at the end of your experience.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, we also offer Alpine Silence gift cards, perfect for giving someone a relaxing wellness experience. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will send you all the information and the steps to follow. Once everything is arranged, you will receive the gift card digitally by email or message, ready to print or send directly to the person you would like to surprise.
